Do you teach your students to fight bullies?

Our students are taught to avoid fights and to fight to defend themselves as a last resort.

What is the Martial Arts curriculum that you teach your students?

We teach a system designed by Master Ray called In-Sang Do which is similar to Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do.
It includes a combination of techniques from different styles such as Kung Fu, Taekwondo, Hapkido, Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, and many more to cover every aspect of Self-Defense.
The most important part of our training is the personal development lessons such as discipline, confidence, integrity, respect, etc.

Why is learning a variety of Martial Arts more important than learning only a single style such as Taekwondo?

Each style of martial arts has its own strengths and weaknesses.
For example, Jiu-jitsu has many techniques to defend yourself on the ground, and TaeKwonDo is good for defending yourself standing up at long range.
So that means, you can use all of the necessary techniques from various Martial Arts against your opponent, which gives you a better chance of winning.

Is your facility Covid-Safe?
